The Gardens

The land is slowly becoming a large edible garden.

Alongside the orchards there are many edible shrubs.

Chokeberry, rosehip, mulberry, hawthorn, currant, raspberry and blueberry.

Vegetables and herbs grow across eighteen beds.

We mostly grow tomatoes, onions, garlic, potatoes, kale, beans, peas and two types of corn.

We grow what we enjoy eating and try to interfere as little as possible.

No chemicals.

The beds are turned once a year.
