Zadní Hrádek loosely means "the little castle behind the hills."

A small farmstead set in quiet countryside, one hour from Prague.

A place for growing, harvesting, cooking and preserving what the land provides.

And also for movement, breath, long meals, slow conversation and time to be still.

We believe the two belong together.

We host small groups, usually up to twelve people, who come here to share the rhythm of the place.
